Sharing memories and reminiscing are important as you get older and in a recent one-to-one session, our Activities Coordinator Reka spent time with one of our gentlemen Tim who shared his hiking adventures to the Brecon Beacons and other places he used to visit.

Reka talked about her long distance cycling passion and a cycling trip she also did to the Breacon Beacons, so they share some common memories.

The pair also toured the Glenburnie Lodge garden to look at the fresh produce we are growing and which we use as part of our meals at the home.
