We can offer end of life palliative care in Wareham, ensuring everyone is supported at this difficult time by working closely with Macmillan and the Community team with specialist care.
A safe space for family and friends
We understand what a tough time this is for the family, therefore our care extends to both family and friends. Pine Martin Grange welcome visitors whenever they wish, with a guest suite available onsite for those travelling a long distance so that they can stay over and be close to their loved one.
Medical and emotional support
Integral to Pine Martin Grange is our dedication to the needs and wishes of the people in our care and their families. As well as medical support to manage symptoms, a key part of enhancing a person’s quality of life is delivering the necessary emotional support. Our compassionate care teams are trained in all aspects of care and are on-hand to help with the practical things such as letters and last wishes.
