Fantastic charity

We were joined by Abergavenny Food Bank as our ‘Marathon Man’ and Gardener Alan led staff and our ladies and gentlemen in running or walking a half marathon to raise money for this fantastic charity who support our community. The event was inspired by one of our ladies, Ann, who is a regular visitor to our gym and particularly enjoys walking on the treadmill. Watch this space for a full length story coming soon…..
