Living with us
Luxury Living with Quality Care in Liphook Hampshire
At Dormy Care Communities, our priority is keeping everyone in our homes as safe as possible. We appreciate and understand that you may be apprehensive about this so have created a video to offer you further reassurance about our safe admissions policy.
Sharing new experiences together
We want every day to feel unique and special, which is why we arrange enjoyable and fulfilling activities, tailored to the interests of our residents. For many of our ladies and gentlemen, it’s a chance to learn new hobbies or pick up a lost talent! From book clubs to gardening, arts and crafts, singing sessions or even exercise classes, we listen to what our ladies and gentlemen want and plan around them.
Planned trips to the local area
With so much to do and explore in the local area, we plan regular day trips to places our ladies and gentlemen would love to visit. Our wheelchair-friendly vehicle makes our trips accessible to all. We have already enjoyed many trips out to local garden centres, Hayling Island seaside, country markets, walled gardens and for afternoon tea.
Companionship and care
Passionate and hardworking carers
Our compassionate, dedicated and hardworking care teams are highly trained and go above and beyond to make our ladies and gentlemen feel truly supported. We ensure that the people we support are treated with dignity and respect at all times.
Care and support always available
We provide 24-hour care to those who need it and a helping hand for those who simply want some company, meals cooked, medication organised and washing done. We can offer as little or as much care as you need and are always on-hand to support you.
Living your life without worry or stress
We want to help you maintain your independence and have a chance to meet new friends, learn new hobbies and enjoy good food without the pressures of day to day life. Our professional onsite chef will prepare your meals, our maintenance staff will assist with any DIY and our administrative teams will take care of any doctor or hospital appointments - we’ll even drive you there.
Staying connected with those in your life
Spend quality time with family & friends
Bramshott Grange is a home for family and friends to visit at any time and spend quality time with their loved one. Come and enjoy a meal together and a glass of wine, a game of cards, your favourite soap or a coffee and a catch-up. You can even join our day trips, where we visit the local area. Bramshott Grange is all about making important memories together.
Part of the local community
Here at Bramshott Grange we are part of the local community and want to encourage local groups to come in as well us going out. Living with us is like a whole new community in itself!
About our beautiful home
Cosy areas throughout the home
For those who prefer a slower pace of life, we have beautifully stocked libraries and cosy corners to read, paint or just take in many of the beautiful views our homes have to offer.
Personal touches that make it feel like home
Moving into a home doesn’t mean having to part with your things. Why not bring some of your personal items with you to help with the settling process. We encourage our ladies and gentlemen to personalise their accommodation to help make it feel more like home. Our in-house maintenance team can even help put up your favourite pictures around the room!
Liphook and the surrounding area
Bramshott Grange is situated on the edge of the Hampshire village of Liphook. Hampshire is renowned for award-winning country parks with beautiful scenery, nearby stunning coastline, lively markets and independent boutiques – overall a great area to live and visit.
