Encouraging independence
We support and encourage independence, no matter what the stage of dementia may be. By getting to know the individual, we can establish daily routines, understand hobbies and interests, offer practical aids and introduce familiar items and belongings that will act as a comfort. We also learn how best to communicate with each individual person, ensuring that the ladies and gentlemen who live with us feel safe, supported and encouraged to continue communication and not withdraw.
Compassionate care teams
Our home is filled with passionate and caring staff that have years of experience in working with people living with dementia. Our care teams take the time to build trust and positive relationships so that they can understand the little things that make a difference to the daily lives of our residents. We are proud to say that everyone at Pine Martin Grange shares our dedication to delivering a person-centred approach to care.
